The Africa Trust is running The Business Skills Training course in Kenya, applicants who attend the training program are given the opportunity to formulate business plans. The business plans submitted are then analysed by a member of The Africa Trust and several candidates are provided with small loans as a result of this process.

A loan repayment plan is created for the successful candidates, whereby loan repayments can then be reinvested into other developing programs across Kenya.
